No Fix No Fee Guarantee

All of our clients are very happy with our work, however to give all potential new clients peace of mind, we now offer a No Fix No Fee guarantee.

We will diagnose your fault within the first 30 minutes and work on the solution straight away. The engineer on site will keep you updated as the work continues. All of our technicians carry a vast array of equipment and software in order to resolve all issues within the same visit.

Please note if the following faults are diagnosed then the labour fee up to that point is still chargeable.

1) Internet connection issues
if we diagnose the fault to be with your BT line then we can act on your behalf and talk with the technical department at your ISP to get the issue resolved.

2) Hardware Faults
If a hardware fault is diagnosed then we will offer a solution but if you choose not to proceed, then the labour fee up to that point will be chargeable. If you agree to the hardware replacement and we do not have the item in stock we will order it and arrange a future appointment to come back and replace the faulty part.

3) Original Software
If you cannot provide your original installation software CDs, licenses, serial numbers and passwords then the labour fee up to that point is chargeable.. We can provide replacement licenses/CDs but this will incur extra costs.
